The core value is the "navigator" of the enterprise, and the enterprise is oriented by its practice. The two founders and leaders of Kingdom Healthcare, Mr. William Deng and Mr. B Deng, have always been practicing the core value of Common Prosperity in creating wealth and fulfilling social responsibilities, thus achieving the today's success of the enterprise.
William Deng, the Chairman and General Manager of Kingdom Healthcare, was born in Hong Kong and his ancestral home was Danzao, Foshan. Although born in Hong Kong, he has never forgotten his hometown. While successfully managing the Kingdom Healthcare, he has always been concerned about the local education and development. In 2017, he set up the " A Deng Scholarship Charity Fund for Teaching and Learning" in Danzao, and the fund, on an annual 200,000 yuan base, is used to reward excellent teachers and students and help poor teachers and students, so as to motivate teachers to dedicate to their teaching platform, encourage students to study hard, work hard towards the goal, and realize their value in life. This year is the sixth consecutive year to carry out the awarding of the "A Deng Scholarship Charity Fund for Teaching and Learning." William Deng said that only by promoting fair and quality education, can Danzao's social and economic construction and development be supported by a steady flow of human resources, and its comprehensive competitive strength of "attracting, retaining and cultivating talents" be enhanced.
Mr. B Deng, the Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager of Kingdom Healthcare, is native of Danzao, Foshan, Guangdong. While successfully operating the Kingdom Healthcare, he has always been concerned about public welfare and the healthy development of society. The public welfare project of "Happiness on Fingertips," one that cares for the health and rights of ethnic minority women, is jointly carried out by the UN Development Program, the Soong Ching Ling Foundation-Jiaren Women's Happiness Fund and the Kaili Municipal Cultural and Property Office, with financial support from the Kingdom Healthcare. During the implementation of the project, Mr. B Deng has led the company's employees to the project site, Kaili, Guizhou, for many times to carry out the "Happiness on Fingertips" health lecture, visit the funded project sites, and jointly witness the brilliant changes brought by the public welfare for minority women.
Mr. William Deng and Mr. B Deng, both from the source of Danzao in Foshan, never forget their roots in their hometown. During years of development, Mr. William Deng and Mr. B Deng have never forgotten their hometown's public welfare undertakings. On the occasion of the Spring Festival every year, both of them will lead the staff to Danzao Elderly Home to carry out condolences, listening to the voice of the elderly, and presenting the care of enterprises and society for the elderly with actions and materials. This activity has been carried out for as long as 18 years.
Employees, enterprises, customers and society are integrated, and enterprises can not do without the development of society.
